Thank you for listen to Timothy Bush’s Flash Topic #7 podcast along with Tracy Leigh Hazzard, Salah Khalaf and Joe Tarnowski. If you missed this episode, you can listen to it here: http://ontheshelf.libsyn.com/.

During this episode, we tackled an important issue: “What do you do when things just aren’t working?” It’s a great question and one that all business owners and executive teams will face at some point. My answer was to share some advice that my father gave me at a very young age, “When you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.” In other words, doing more of what got you into this mess is unlikely to fix it for you.

As part of this discussion, I also shared that what helped me the most in my darkest hours was working with someone from the outside — an executive leadership coach. My breakthroughs were so profound, that I decided to pursue my professional coaching certification so that I could be a resource for other executives looking to grow their businesses by overcoming the obstacles that stand in their way.

Why Am I Doing This?
I’m on a mission to help one million people become millionaires by 2022. One of the ways I believe I can do this is by helping business owners and their executive teams overcome the obstacles that stand in their way. By truly understanding what’s preventing you and your company from the kind of growth you were anticipating, we can identify what needs to change in order to achieve your desired outcome.

I find coaching to be a very effective method of making all of this happen. I want you to experience what it’s like to tackle a problem that has been holding you back and the joy of taking massive action in order to achieve the desired outcome.

If you love the experience, I invite you to share this offer with those you love — especially anyone who may be struggling personally or professionally and could use some help.
